About this notice

SeasonLeap is currently inviting selected organisations to apply for a pilot and workers to express interest in future access. This notice explains how information sent through those enquiries is handled.

Information you may provide

You may send your name, email address, organisation details, the type and size of Season you operate, or the kind of Season you hope to join. Please do not send identity documents, health information, payment information or other sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used only to respond to you, assess potential pilot participation, understand demand and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. It is not sold or used for automated decisions.

Lawful basis and retention

SeasonLeap processes an enquiry because you asked us to take steps before a potential pilot relationship and because there is a legitimate interest in responding to genuine product enquiries. Information is retained only while the enquiry remains relevant and for any period reasonably necessary to resolve legal or operational obligations.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by essential service providers used for email and website operation. SeasonLeap does not disclose enquiry information to participating organisations or workers without an appropriate reason and notice.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw from the waiting list at any time.
